Phone & Video Session Fees: 

Phone sessions and video sessions are offered at a discounted rate- $180 for each 55-minute phone/video session.  

Contactless payments available through electronic transactions.  

In-office Meeting Fees: 

​​Update as of March 2020: Due to COVID-19, no in-person meetings will be scheduled for safety precautions. All meetings are conducted through video/phone/writing. In-office meetings will resume at a later time when it's safe to do so.

55 minute in-office session for individuals and children- $280

85 minute in-office session for couples and families- $420

Cash or check is accepted for in-office meetings.

If you're looking for counseling with reduced cost, please consider phone/video/writing sessions.

Sustainable Therapy has a team of therapists providing affordable online therapy.  Phone and writing sessions are offered with affordable fees starting as low as $35 a week. You can cancel anytime.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal) Letters:

​I can help with ESA letters.  Please contact me regarding your needs.

Insurance and HSA (Health Savings Accounts):

I do not accept insurance, but:

1) If you'd like to use your HSA card/account to pay for sessions, I can send bills through a HIPAA-compliant app where you can process payments electronically through your HSA card/account. 

2) I can provide you a super bill which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for full or partial reimbursement, or provide receipts of payments for your employer, even though I do not submit documents to insurance/companies on your behalf.
